As the Moon wanes, peeling herself from Saturn and the rest of the Boneyard, she reaches towards a deeper meaning, one that could be glimpsed today when she trines Venus…
When the Moon was Full last week, she was also eclipsed. And with that eclipse, a bolt of lightning struck the Washington Monument. Coincidence? I think not.
In a place like the US, the space between the founding vision and the current state is a melancholic chasm-a space so immense, it’s challenging to even fathom how we got this far. Yet, this is where we are at. Not just in the US, nearly everywhere. It’s important to remember there is an opportunity in all of it.
Victor Frankel, a man who survived many of the layers of hell in his lifetime, reminds us:
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
It is in these heated moments, we must search for the nuanced space between all polarities and hopefully glimpse some meaning. It is there. It is always there. It is the primary motivational force in all of us. And we don’t have to wait until “we” win or for the virus to miraculously go away. It’s already here.
Venus is nearly “here” as well. That is, she has almost returned to the sky. This time, she will grace each dawn before the Sun, reminding us that it’s all for love. To see the world unite in the morbid face of injustice is a sight to see. But it’s not the end. Until we all find the Venus Temple in our hearts we will remain screaming across the space between.

Once we are all aware of her unconditional love, we may be able to put that into practice ourselves.
Forgiveness is the key to the door which opens the Room of Meaning.
It is often found in the wild, away from it all.
A place to be humbled and put in our true place.
