Choose your own Adventure

We are at a point where we need to choose a story. Do we pay a subscription to the crumbling empire or to the clever construction that comes with all the falling pieces? Do we remain optimistic or continually add poison to the narrative? It seems, what it really comes to is seeing it all from a Soul perspective, not from the tiny vantage point of the ego. We need to choose our wyrd adventure with Soul.

The faint cuticle of the Moon has just passed through the beating heart of the Aquarian story (Saturn/Jupiter/Mercury/Athene) and is now faced with Uranus (the modern lord, who stations direct today) from 90º away. In these alignments, we contemplate our multiple futures.

When it comes to moving forward, we must look behind as well. We must admit our mistakes before our future steps land on fertile ground. Unfortunately, as Naval Ravikant says, “…individuals rarely admit mistakes, groups never do.” Clearly seen in the battle across the great divide, but also witnessed close to home. If we can admit our mistakes, forgive, learn from our errors, we can move ahead with a clear head guided by the genius of our hearts. Without this process, darkness leads the way, and it only leads to more of the same.

Uranus is helpful here. This transpersonal force helps to eject us from the subjective into the objective, allowing us to have a view of our lives from ten thousand feet. It shows us how to have a healthy detachment to our stories, so we can do the editing that is desperately needed. With the station today and Mars close by, it is ample fuel to get us to our next stage. But again, we must learn to admit our mistakes first. We have to forgive.

There is much in the world that seems unforgivable. It’s always been this way. Yet, if the Dalai Lama can do so with China, Vietnam with the West, the world with Germany, Chiron with his father, I think we can give it a try. We are doing our best, I know it. And we must choose a better story.
