Oh dear. That’s tragic. And I can’t interpret such omens, only the receiver can. But having him ask questions related to the 5th house is a good start: Is it kids? Joy? Hobbies? Drink? Gambling? etc etc and how might some vital wisdom around a particular pattern be drowning? If it were me, that’s how my self inquiry would look.
