.: Whispers in the Breeze :.

There is a small gathering of Goddesses at the moment. They can be found in the second Decan of Gemini. When you go there, you will see Venus attempting to translate the whispers in the breeze from her pre-shadow experience. Vesta and Hygeia are listening in intently, holding space by the purifying flame.

One of the clearest manifestations of this little Gemini coven is found in the heart of the information storm occurring. It’s not just the sheer amount, it’s also about the credibility, the quality, and how we sort it all out in our minds. Many of us are finding ourselves living like Sisyphus. That is, the moment we think we have pushed the stone far enough up, it just goes tumbling to the bottom again. It’s hard to focus on the Soul’s desire in this tangled opportunity in a time when we don’t know how we will pay rent or eat or if our money is even safe in the bank. Real concerns, no doubt, yet it’s essential as well to think about two circles: The Circle of Influence and the Circle of Concern; Influence is smaller and lives within the one of Concern.

Just imagine the symbol for the Sun (a Circle with a dot in the middle). The Circle of Influence is that dot and the entire circle is that of Concern. The secret to working with worry is knowing that we can only make changes within the dot, not the great circle of Concern. We can only control what we can influence, that is: our diet, our addictions, our words, our actions, etc. We cannot control the weather, the government, the Red King, the virus, you get the idea. Yet, we love to spend our time in that Circle of Concern. For some, they seem to live there, always worrying about what they cannot change. In the eyes of the Goddess, that is wasted time.

Venus is going to be in Gemini until August. She will be joined by many in this span of time. What to expect from this upcoming retrograde in May/June? For starters, much of the themes translated from the whispers in the breeze I just shared. I do think some truth will inevitably emerge from the maelstrom of this crisis that will be universally accepted. It may change everything. But again, what can we do? Focus on your own Circle of Influence and become great at something. Get your message out there. And definitely manage the amount of time you spend listening to the radio or watching the news. There may be an instrument gathering dust in that corner. Pick it up. Remove the dust of time. Bring life back into it and to those around you. If it’s not a way to make music, you know what it is…
